This is supreme organ of the Ndanda COHAS. They are appointed by Abbot of Benedictine Abbey Ndanda. The board of trustees is responsible for developing and approving the school’s vision, mission, strategic plans and objectives, and establishing policies related to programs and services. The board has overall responsibility for the management of the college.

The board is responsible for assuring the financial integrity and solvency of the college and establishing procedures to safeguard the institution. The board oversees the operations of the organization, ensuring that the public’s trust is upheld, the mission addresses a community need, the practices are ethical, and legal requirements are met. They appoint members of Governing Board of the college.
